Christmas Reading

This is my stack of Christmas magazines.  Look at how brand spankin new they are.  Who knows when I will get to read them...I told High Heeled Life I need a train commute or something just to have time to read them!  Perhaps I need to take the Princes on the train for our annual day in the city...they can play punchbuggy or spot the seagull while I stick my nose in one of these and drown them out with Michael Buble's new Christmas album.  This stack doesn't include the Christmas issue of Tea Time or my Thanksgiving copies of the American magazines we see at the grocery store.  This is the only time of year I buy magazines so it's nice to see so many pretty ones on the shelves.

Have a fabulous day!

I know how easily they can stack up as there are so many great ideas and article for the festive season.

I make a pot of tea and take a few minutes to sit and peruse the issues before passing them on.
Sometimes I rip out the recipes and put them away in a folder for future testing.

We used to play spot the punch buggy in our car as well!

Looks like some fun reading! I have a wee bit of a magazine addiction ... love design magazines and go through many fashion magazines for fashion inspiration for the illustrations that I do, plus there's the recipe magazines ... just love em, but I'm like you, it's hard to find a minute to sit down and read them thru! I always have a book too but the only time I have to read it is every night when I go to bed, I read for about half an hour (unless I'm verrrry sleepy)! Thanks for stopping by, sweetie ... and have a wonderful holiday season! xoxo

I get so excited when I have new magazines to read. Do you get Real Simple?
I also get stressed when I have too many and no time

Oooh! I am SO envious. I can't get too many English glossies in Spain. But when I do cross the border into Gibraltar and pick up a stack, I love reading them when alone in the house, stretched out on the sofa, with that bottle of Baileys we were tweeting about ;-)

My mum always put a big stack of magazines under everyone's stocking. I absolutely adore a big stack of new magazines. Enjoy!
