What could I do that would make a difference in my life that requires no one's permission other than my own?
I bet we could all write a long list including travel, career, money, children, marriage, ice cream, makeup, hair products, hair stylists, our weight, our skin, friends, books, me time and any other thing we put on the back burner while we take care of everyone around us. Maybe that's the key - writing the list of things that will make us happy without giving a rat's patootie what anyone else thinks and putting other things aside to do them.
