Anniversary Flowers

High Heeled Life - who never forgets an anniversary - sent us a beautiful arrangement for our 8th one a few weeks ago.  It came with a box of chocolates but as you can well imagine, they didn't last long enough to take photos.  Thank you so very much HHL!  You always remember the important dates and are so kind to send lovely flowers and gifts!

I should also make mention of the beautiful pink and green flowers the Suburban Prince brought home on our anniversary - I just forgot to take photos of them!  Thank you handsome husband!

8 years ago...

...amid strife and tumoil, I married a big handsome Scotsman.  The pipes rang out, the tartans were exchanged, and I made well sure the paperwork was signed.  We certainly proved a lot of people wrong.

Here we are now with the Little Prince, happy as can be, the perfect family.

I love you Suburban Prince!  Thanks for all of the amazing times over the last 8 years...the ups, the downs and mostly the laughs.  You are such a great dad and the Little Prince will do well to grow up to be just like you.
