This is the new green!Last year I tried to buy a new tote with pink handles/bottom. I tried to order it online but I couldn't select the pink I wanted. I ended up calling LLBean and spoke to a lovely customer service rep (actually they are all always lovely!) who told me the pink (Fuschia) had been discontinued. Okay...I tried to then order it in the green called Foliage but that colour had also been discontinued. Anyone who ordered totes as Christmas gifts would've noticed their colour options we a bit lacking this year.
The new colours have been made available and among them are a new pink and a new green. I have to admit I'm not in love with either of these shades. The pink isn't a shade of pink I would choose to wear or accessorize with and the green is just a little bit too green. It makes me think of Clorets!

I've always thought Landsend has a better selection of colors for their canvas totes.
I love LL Bean totes. I have a million. They are classic.
I have 3 LandsEnd totes for the boat, 2 navy and one lime green....they are strong and really are the BEST tote I have found all round...preppy colors for you eastern gals...and they can be mom-nogrammed!
We really don't have that same "preppiness" here on the westcoast of Canada, I am not sure why, maybe it's all that rain we get?
I don't have a LandsEnd (hint, hint). But I kinda like these colors, especially the so-called pink; it looks to me like it more of a burgandy color.

I love the new colors, very fun!
They seem a bit bright for everyday use. I have one in black and tan that I love because it's so neutral. But, then again these might be fun colors for spring and summer. I'm really no help!
I like to add a splash of color for spring and summer events/occasions but I basically use a color coded system so I know which bag to grab since I keep some of them prepacked. Green for the farmer’s market, turquoise for the beach, red for picnics (matches the picnic linens) etc. I saw the new colors and thought of getting the new pink one but like you, I am not that enamored to the tone of pink.

I love the variety of all of these totes and they come in so many different sizes!!
I love LLBean totes. They are so sturdy and perfect for lugging around my daughter's toys when we relative-hop. I was lucky to get one of the pink-handled ones last year and I love it!
