Christmas in the City!

Last week the Suburban Prince and I spent the day in the city. We left the Little Prince at daycare and his grandparents picked him up and spent the rest of the day spoiling him and feeding him cookies for dinner! I am sure this was the first time the Suburban Prince and I have spent a whole day together just the two of us since the Little Prince was born!

I spotted this on the highway - big bald man driving little pink car.

Getting close! That's the CN Tower!

At the studio where Steven&Chris is filmed! I won a prize in the 'What's in your purse' game! I had silicone hand warmers in my purse - it was minus12 that day and I knew we would be outside a lot.

When the filming was finished we went to the restaurant we went to on our first date. I LOVE going to this place at Christmas! We always get the same table right at the front windows so we can see all of the hustle and bustle! I love how you can order a little bottle of sparkling wine!

This is Cumberland Street in Toronto. It is one of my favourite streets in the city!

After dinner we went to....T&co! The mother ship! Mecca!

They have beautiful window displays!

Oh yes please Santa!

They had bowls of m&ms all over the store - I knew I had to blog this so out came my camera! Don't they look nice on my hot pink gloves!

While we were waiting for our turn in T&co someone came around with a tray of chocolates and cups of water! Being the dedicated blogger I am I slipped our empty cups into one of our bags! I think I will use them to hold pens and markers in my craft room! I forgot about my chocolate in my coat pocket and it turns out the Suburban Prince brought his home too!

We also went to a big mall so I will put those photos in another post this week.

Have a fabulous day!

headed into the city tomorrow as well. We'll be a block away from the Tiffany & Co flagship store and HQ... maybe I could drag the kids there if they knew there were m&ms in there! LOL

Oh, I LOVE Stephen and Chris!! Our CBC station was recently shut down, and we don't have cable so I don't get to watch it anymore.
