Pink & Green Thursday!

I am planning to host a S&D jewelry party in a couple of weeks and have been looking for inspiration.  I came across this beautiful setting for a tea party!  I love all the mix and match china!  If you look close you will the tea cup in the middle is actually a candle.  I inherited my gran's china and have never used it so I am thinking I need to have a lovely little tea party this summer!  Complete with cucumber sandwiches and lavender shortbread!

Have a fabulous day!

That is a beautiful table setting. What does your gran's china pattern look like?

That table setting is lovely. I really love the candle in the middle. What color theme will you use for your tea party? Pink.... green.......?

Such a pretty table, I didn't notice the candle until you mentioned it. I'm a huge shortbread lover, but have never heard of lavender shortbread before.

I saw that photo not too long ago and thought how pretty it was. A tea party sounds like a wonderful idea!

This might sound odd, but I just love a good tea party! They make you feel so dainty and elegant. I'm sure whatever you plan will be lovely!

That's such cute inspiration! I've been dying to host my own little tea party, but apparently none of my friends are big on tea. Perhaps I'll have to pull out my old teddy bears and pretend I'm five again, hosting tea time for them!

And if you haven't yet succeeded (or perhaps given up) on your driving mocs search, Cole Haan has some on their website on sale now (the men's ones are really sharp, and a good alternative to women's shoes if you can wear a wider shoe) , and GH Bass just got some in. Unfortunately neither ship to Canada (surprise surprise), but I'm sure you could find their shoes on other websites.

As for Toronto, I'm not really sure when I'll be heading there (or if I will). I got a job offer in the US, and I'm trying to take care of immigration papers. But if those fail, well then I'll definitely be looking for work in Toronto. I'll definitely let you know if I head west towards Toronto though! I'd love to be able to meet up with a fellow blogger!
