Van Cleef Dreams....Shattered.

Back at my birthday I wanted to stop at one of the big jewelry stores to see if they had the Van Cleef & Arpels necklace I wanted.  Since they dont publish the prices on the website one must go to the store and ask.  I should've known then.  Still, it would save them lots of bother.  Anyhoo, after being told by the Suburban Prince that I could have the necklace or a new kitchen I decided VC&A is (at the moment) not a part of my reality.  All the people I have seen wearing them in real life...I so know they dont have that kind of money (dahling) and are wearing fakes.  Hmpfh.

Anyhoo, the lady working behind the counter told me she only ever wears the real thing and told me alllll about how I can tell the fakes from the real deal...I was wandering around and she stopped me and said, 'I love your shoes!'...I chuckled a bit...she was serious.  I said, 'Oh yeah, I got sick of waiting for nice weather and decided to brave the cold in them' and she was gushing over them!  Even the Suburban Prince was looking at her kind of funny.

So, Miss 'I only wear the real thing', I am very happy you lurve my shoes, I quite like them too!  In fact I keep looking for them to buy a second pair.  At *whisper* Payless.  In the children's department.  That's quite they eye you have Miss VC&A.

Dont miss my latest giveaway!

Have a fabulous day!

That is too funny. Those shoes are adorable, I would never guess Payless and I'm going to have to stop in next time I walk by one.

You must have very tiny feet to be able to shop in the children's department!

This is a funny story...
