Spa Day Part 2 - High Tea

After we managed to regain the use of our legs and dragged ourselves back to the real world we made our way across the street to the Four Seasons hotel for sustinance.  When we first arrived we saw this fabulous woman sitting at the bar...we spent a good amount of time making up stories about her and speculating about her past and present.

I dont know if the leopard jacket and leopard coat made for the best sartorial combination, but fabulously daring none the less!

At our table we pretty much dropped our stuff on the table, flopped in our seats and started sipping champagne.

Each of us got a lovely selection of sandwiches and treats - High Heeled Life was kind enough to call ahead to order gluten free sandwiches for me and they were very yummy!

Once we managed to pry ourselves away from the bar (I was sitting next to a local celebrity) we walked down to our favourite macaron shop, the gourmet grocery store and of course, Sbux.

It was such a great day and an amazing start to the holiday festivities!

Thank you again High Heeled Life!

Have a fabulous day!

Again, what a wonderful day. I have a feeling I am raising a little girl who one day will be this woman. She does love her animal print.

Just catching up here. Looks like a fabulous day! What a great gift!! And I'm kind of taken with the leopard print myself. You can sort of see why this lady couldn't resist!

Oh and P.S. I forgot to mention it was during my first real trip to Canada, at The Empress Hotel. Quite the experience!

I love high tea. When we were in Victoria my husband treated me to an amazing tea.

I hope you two got a ride home after such a relaxing day :)

...are u kidding me? Those yummy treats were gluten free? Sorry to hear that is an issue with you...did not know. Anyway, champagne with ANYTHING sounds fabulous. I'm sure you didn't want the day to end!

Good for you! SPA, Four Seasons, Tea, Champagne....it really doesn't get much better than that!
