Of course I'm wearing mine! It's so sad how so many people from my childhood have died recently. It makes me feel old. Have a great day!

Wish I saw this before I left the house. I have a lovely necklace on with a few pearls...but not my heirloom great-granny pearls I could have worn!

Though I'm having a jammie day ... I have put on some pearls.. Mr. G. came in a thought I was having a relapse and wasn't sure how to tell me that I still had on my pjs and where was I going with the pearls around my neck... LOL...

Great tribute ... xo HHL

A bit late in the game here, but going to put them on before guests arrive! I think I will join Preppy Sue and wear my apron too! :)

As I said I'm with you in spirit, but I was afraid joining the link would make you all think I spent the day in pearls and heels!

RIP Mrs. Cleaver! An inspiration to all of us and one of my favorite TV moms. I've been meaning to do a post on her but it has slipped my mind- I will today!

I'll miss you June Cleaver! She was such an inspiration to me growing up! I learned so many great life lessons watching Leave it to Beaver. I'm now really glad I wore my pearls yesterday.

I wasn't able to post on Friday to link up, but as every day is a pearl wearing day, I doubled up in honor of Mrs. Billingsly. Mrs. Cleaver may be gone, but her legacy will not be forgotten.

A lovely October Sunday to you!

Warmly,

Elizabeth
