Olympic Cookies!

I will be picking the winner of the Olympic mittens tonight so keep an eye out for that post! We need to deal with the contracts for the our new tenants so we will be gone for a good chunk of the day. I cant wait for the old tenants to leave so I never have to see them again! With any luck I will be home in time for The Bachelor - I am dying to see what happens!!

Pilsbury always has cute cookies for every holiday and when I saw these at the grocery store I thought I would send them in to work with the Suburban Prince. I bake for his crew at least once a month so I thought what would be better to kick off the games than maple leaf cookies!

They look so promising! The little maple leaf sprinkles are easily spotted!

Hm. Well, I wasn't blown away but they are cute! The nice thing about these precut cookies is they end up all the same size and shape - this is important to control freaks! They tasted ok...a bunch of guys at 3am are not going to complain about any kind of baked good put in front of them but I have had lots of other cookies that taste a lot better.

Have a fabulous day!

I WANT those mittens so bad! I keep talking to my Hubs about them. I asked if I didn't win, would he try to find me some...he just looks at me all weird.

We have been Olympic obsessed in our house so now I feel like I should go look for the cookies! And yeah, cookies that are the same size are great for people with issues...not that I am one of them..****cough, cough****.

These cookies are so cute!! I love that they have tiny maple leafs included in them, so festive for the games!

My daughter would love those cookies to take to school for her homeroom, but I don't think we have them here - at least I have not seen them on Long Island. I have already seen the Easter cookies, however! Bye Bye bad tenant!

I wonder if they're only available in Canada! Can you get me John Morris' phone number? Men's Curling is my new favorite sport!

I have been holding my breath all day in anticipation of your giveaway winner tonight!! Ugh, I'm gonna pass out! I know the chances are not in my favor, but it's still fun :)

Cute cookies! These are the kinds of things we don't have around here that are so neat to see on your blog.
